Scope The following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively designed for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership with legal capacity, acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

1.CONTRACTUAL PARTNER, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION OPTIONS

The purchase contract is concluded with Footprint Pioneers GbR. By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before submitting your binding order at any time by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

2.CONTRACT LANGUAGE, STORAGE OF CONTRACT TEXT

The language(s) available for concluding the contract are German and English. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&Cs in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

3.DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1. Shipping Costs

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are incurred for standard shipping. Details on the amount of shipping costs can be found in the offers. For express shipping, a surcharge of 39 euros applies. Further details regarding express shipping can be found in the offers.

2. Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process. We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

4.PAYMENT

The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory value-added tax.

2.Payment Methods

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:

  • Prepayment: When selecting the prepayment payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
  • Credit Card: During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
  • PayPal, PayPal Express: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process. We have no influence on the provision of these methods; additional individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Yes, we ship internationally to the EU. Please note that shipping costs and times vary by destination. We will also offer international shipping for our fit-customized shoes upon launch.
